HOA Grazing Resilience Planning and Implementation

Develop and pilot a replicable process and framework for developing wildfire resilience plans for housing developments in high fire risk areas. Gather support from HOA members to understand the benefits of treating the landscape to reduce fire risk and create a sense of shared community and responsibility. Activities would include identifying vulnerable areas and high fire risk zones and developing a treatment plan (ideally, ongoing) that mitigates wildfire risk. Treatments may include a combination of prescribed grazing, manual fuel reduction, home hardening, and more.
