Fire Recovery: Creating a Fire Resilient Landscape

Develop a replicable framework for creating a fire-safe landscape with healthy ecological function in post-fire recovery areas, leveraging and aligning post-fire research, restoration and recovery projects in the Alisal Fire area on the Gaviota Coast. Year one: Convene and coordinate partners and identify needs and gaps, Years 2-3: Implement pilot projects and develop long-term management framework.
